Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen, the popular Five Points bagel shop, will expand in the space next door, reported BusinessDen. Owner Josh Pollack, who opened Rosenberg's last summer, will add a European-style bakery and an expanded kitchen next to the current 2,400-square-foot Rosenberg's.
Two thirds of the new 1,500 -square-foot space will help be used for the catering and wholesale business, including adding more refrigeration for the bagels to chill overnight. The rest will be used as a retail shop selling things like croissants and more.
