DIA Ups The Airport Food Offerings By Adding Modmarket

The locally grown fast casual spot pleases guests and attracts crowds no matter the location.

Concourse B of the Denver International Airport unveiled its own location of the long-awaited Modmarket. The 900-square-foot restaurant is the first of two Modmarket locations at DIA. The second is expected to open later this year on the C Concourse.

"We are very proud to offer airport travelers a healthy, fresh and fast meal option that will keep them fueled throughout their journey," explains Modmarket co-founder Anthony Pigliacampo. "Modmarket's real food focus provides a simple, chef-driven menu that travelers will enjoy and seek out each time they fly through Denver International Airport."

The casual restaurant was founded in 2009 and always aimed to bring simple, whole ingredients to its patrons. The concept has nine eateries in Colorado and two in Texas, with two more set to open soon. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at all locations.
