Fast Casual NuHu Brings The Mongolian Stir Fry Downtown

In less than a month, a new fast-casual eatery, with Asian flair, will open at 1147 Broadway Street. NuHu Mongolian Express will allow guests to create their own stir fry bowl, choosing from a variety of fresh ingredients — from many vegetables to several meats and proteins, a variety of noodles and rice options, plus signature sauces.

One of the main attractions of the new concept is that food is cooked fresh right in front of the guest instead of being pre-prepared, hot-held, and assembled as the guest orders. More information on hours of operation is forthcoming but our guess is that lunch and dinner will be served daily. The restaurant is slated to open on February 12.
