Chef-owner Jean-Philippe Failyau is bringing another location of Park Burger to RiNo, tentatively set to open on January 10—though it could end up being the following week. Park Burger has already established spots in Platt Park, Highland, and Hilltop, and this latest iteration will share a building with newcomers Little Biju's Curry Shop and Zephyr Brewing, plus the upcoming Osaka Ramen.
The RiNo outpost will also be the largest of the Park Burger group, boasting more than 2,000 square feet, plus a huge outdoor patio to be used for seating and live entertainment. The beer selection is also going big, with 40 brews on tap, and a TV wall will come in handy for sporting events.
