In a few short weeks, chef Lon Symensma will launch Cho77, his second venture in Denver, following his flagship restaurant ChoLon in LoDo. Symensma plans to bring a casual street food-focused concept and only walk-in seating to the 2,000 square foot space located next to Beatrice & Woodsley.
The menu will boast noodle bowls and dim sum at an affordable price point, but also some outrageous, glamorous, grandiose plates like the crispy pork knuckle plate that chef de cuisine Ryan Gorby is testing in the photo above. Expect several changing grand plates like that, designed for sharing among several guests.
