BOULDER - Sign up for Tasty Truffles & Techniques, hosted by Piece, Love, & Chocolate. The class will teach participants how to use tempered chocolate and make classic ganaches with simple garnishes. It will focus on three recipes: Toasted Coconut (Vegan), Classic Dark, Raspberry. It is on January 24 from 10 a.m. to noon. To sign up, click here.

LOHI — Zengo will host a four course dinner with wine pairing on January 26 beginning at 6:30 p.m. It costs $75/person and includes a copy of chef Richard Sandoval's latest cookbook, New Latin Flavors. Seating is quite limited for this intimate event. Call 720.904.0965 for reservations.

BOULDER — On January 26, wines from Le Ragnaie will be featured at Frasca Food and Wine's Monday Night Dinner. Each of Le Ragnaie's wines spend a minimum of 36 months in Slavonian oak. The dinner is $50/person for a four course meal, not including the optional wine pairings. Pairings range from $40-$50/person. For reservations, call 303.422.6966.

SNOWMASS - In conjunction with Aspen Outfitting Company, the Viceroy Snowmass resort offers guests a chance to go out and hunt their next meal - taking "farm-to-table" to the next level.
