The class is January 28 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. The class will go over cutting, grinding, seasonings, stuffing and how to link and tie the sausage along with old world classics. BOULDER - Pizzeria Locale Boulder is presenting its first ever Flour + Fire Series at Pizzeria Locale in Boulder. It is a dinner series designed to showcase their pizza oven. The restaurant will expand beyond just pizza to explore traditional southern Italian cooking "al forno".
