Trash Fish Social, Wine Dinner, Art and Food

BOULDER -  Mediterranean restaurant Volta will celebrate artist Kelly Degan with a reception and dinner on Thursday, January 15. There is a reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. reception, followed by a community-style dinner that begins immediately thereafter in the dining room. LOHI -  On Tuesday, January 20 at 7:30 p.m., Root Down will host an intimate five-course dinner with organic Sicilian wine producer Vino Lauria. BOULDER -The Colorado Jax Fish Houses present a Trash Fish Social, an evening celebrating the By-Catch of our Global Waters, on Friday, January 23 at 6 p.m. at eTown Hall, 1535 Spruce St. Boulder. The cost for the event is $50 per person and proceeds will benefit eTown and Growing Gardens. Jax Fish House is Colorado's only certified partner of Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. KEYSTONE - Keystone Resort's signature restaurants will be on display during Keystone's Savor the Slopes, a multi-week rotating showcase featuring food, wine, beer and spirits.
