New Breakfast Option; A Taste for Life Fundraiser

Plus a soda-driven Firkin Friday and a fall-inspired menu at Modmarket.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS —  Modmarket introduced its new fall menu today across both Colorado and Texas markets. Along with brand new maple dijon pulled chicken thighs, seasonal fare such as butternut squash, spiced pecans and fire roasted corn added some fall-appropriate flavors to the regular year-round menu.

GOLDEN TRIANGLE — GoBistro will start breakfast severe on Tuesday, October 13. After 6 months in operation at the Metlo store on 11th and Broadway, the shop is launching breakfast service starting at 7:30 a.m. with a new breakfast menu. Among the offerings, there is a sweet potato burrito - now available naked gluten-free and with pulled pork and the new Lox Box with smoked salmon, shallot, and chive low fat cream cheese, hard boiled egg, apples and cucumber.

DOWNTOWN — On Tuesday, October 13, Project Angel Heart is hosting its major annual fundraiser, A Taste For Life. Some of Denver's best chefs are gathering to serve their creations alongside wine and cocktails for a great cause. The event starts at 6 p.m. at Hyatt Regency Denver and tickets, which can be purchased at the door cost $150.

AURORA — This week's Firkin Friday at South Dock was created by Dry Dock's homebrew supply shop The Brew Hut with the help of Backyard Soda Company. The brewers used Backyard's Ginger Lime simple syrup to add sweetness and spice to Dry Dock's newest kettle sour, Regal Tang No. 1. The firkin taps on October 16 at 3 p.m. and Backyard Soda Company will be in the tasting room sampling their simple syrups. Details here.
