Three Four Beer Company Launching in Fort Collins

The beer-central college town will get a new brew house this fall.

There is no shortage of breweries in Fort Collins, but Three Four Brewing Co. will certainly add to the sudsy scene when it opens later this fall. Will Overbagh (Road 34 Bike Bar owner and co-owner at Jaws Sushi) and Greg McDaniel (former GM of Road 34 Bike Bar) have partnered to open the brewpub in Campus West. McDaniel will serve as head brewer, and James Starring, a six year, veteran bartender at Road 34 Bike Bar will be front of the house GM.

The goal of the upcoming spot is to create a one-of-a-kind brewpub experience unique to the Road 34 family. The team promises to bring great tasting food, beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails possible, served by a friendly and well-informed staff. The casual place will let its core philosophies- bikes are better than cars, music should be listened to loud, weird is better than mundane - shine through the elements of the new pub.

Three Four will offer 49 draught beers on tap, including some produced onsite on its 3 barrel brewhouse, which will be (hopefully) commissioned before the end of 2015. Lazo Foods of Boulder will complement the beverage program with a variety of Argentinian-inspired empanadas which will be cooked to order on site.
