It is colorful and eclectic and unexpected in many ways. Finn's Manor is almost a window into the mind of industry veteran Robert Sickler. Along with partners Noah Price and Thomas Taylor, Sickler created a place that is magical in many ways: There is the voodoo-esque creole look, the rum-forward drinks that allow for many island-reminiscent combinations, and the fact that this is Denver's first true food pod.
Four trucks serve out of the courtyard space at the RiNo bar: Owlbear BBQ (Texas barbecue), Taste of the Philippines (traditional dishes like lumpias), Tiger Monkey (Korean barbecue), and Night Shift (which serves worldly bao buns like the Prague featuring goulash, garlic, and parsley).
The spot is open Tuesday through Friday from 5 p.m. until midnight and Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. until midnight.
