Northfield Stapleton's dining scene just added one more restaurant to the ranks. Salati Italian Street Food's fast casual, Mediterranean-inspired eatery is a welcome newcomer to the Denver suburb. The new spot moved into the former Euro Cafe space at 8270 E Northfield Boulevard.
Owner TC Clark also owns Milo's Sports Tavern, but Salati is a definite departure from Milo's. The fast casual Italian restaurant serves street food of Italy, as the name implies. Dishes like flatbread sandwiches, fried ravioli, rotisserie meats, pasta, piadinas, salads, and more grace the menu at Salati and there is also a full bar.
Opening hours are Monday - Thursday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. - midnight.
