On Friday, October 23, The Way Back is hosting a pop up event at Metro Boom from 6 to 9 p.m. The dinner is attractive for two reasons: It is a great glimpse into the upcoming Highland/Berkeley bar and eatery and it is a just a plain good deal for a good cause. For$65 per person, the crew led by Chad Michael George, Kade Gianinetti, and Jared Schwartz will serve a four-course family-style dinner, paired with wine. Proceeds will benefit the Denver Harlequins wheelchair rugby club.
The Way Back plans to open its doors at the end of November - beginning of December in the space that used to house the Bark Bar at . When it launches, it aims to focus on serving sustainable cuisine and crafted cocktails in a comfortable environment. Stay tuned for updates.
