Uptown's charming breakfast eatery, Onefold, recently announced that it plans to extend its hours past the standard closing time of 2 p.m. every day. The restaurant has received much praise and attention since it opened in February of this year, and it seems that extended hours would be welcomed whole-heartedly by the Denver community.
Owners Terese and Mark Nery intend to incorporate casual evening food service into the hours at Onefold. Dishes will be tapas-style and inspired by Mark's Filipino heritage. The Nery's plan to sneak some of the small plate options onto the standard breakfast/lunch menu in the coming weeks as a trial run before fully opening for evening service in about a month. To start, Onefold will open in the evenings only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
