Little Machine Beer, the Jefferson Park brewery and tap house, will open at 2924 W 20th Avenue on Thursday, October 29. The grand opening will take place from 12 to 10 p.m. with five beers on tap: Colorado Stock Ale Pale Ale, Sniff IPA, The Reason Saison, Tractor Beam Oatmeal Stout (with or without a cold-brew coffee infusion) and Alternating Currant Black Currant Kettle Sour. Soon, the selection will grown to 10 to 16 brews on tap at any given time.
Guests of the new brewery can expect a fun, convivial atmosphere, plenty of Broncos pride, and modern architecture that pairs well with the shimmering brewing setup. Speaking of the brewing system, this one is the only one made entirely in Colorado. Ridgway's Bennett Forgeworks recently completed the setup built to head brewer Brett "Brettman" Williams' specifications.
Williams brings twelve years of brewing experience including time at some Colorado favorites and, most notably, as head brewer for Dry Dock Brewing Company in Aurora. Partners Mike Dunkly and Ben Chenard are helping him launch this venture. The former brings seventeen years of front-of-house experience, most recently working with Williams and running the show at Dry Dock's tasting rooms. Chenard brings a vital ingredient to the mix, business experience.
