This Is How a Sushi Burrito Is Made

Komotodo, Denver's first sushi burrito joint, is now open.

What exactly is a sushi burrito, you ask. Komotodo, now open at 15th and Larimer in LoDo, can explain. It is a giant sushi roll, the size of a burrito. There is no tortilla, no beans, and no salsa, but rather a lot of ingredients that you'd find in a traditional or a creative sushi roll.

By the time a guest gets it, it looks a little bit like this:

Komotodo is hosting a grand opening party tomorrow with prizes, specials, music, and more at its space at 1512 Larimer Street. Festivities start at 11 a.m.
