Del Frisco's Grille Fires Up in Cherry Creek

Can anyone say cheesesteak egg rolls?

There's a new neighbor at 100 St. Paul Street in Cherry Creek. Del Frisco's Grille, a more casual spin-off of upscale chain, Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, will fire up the grills starting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11 for dinner service, and lunch service kicking off at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 12.

The new Cherry Creek eatery is a sprawling 9,000 square foot space filled with red stone and wooden accents, glass wine display walls, a massive open kitchen, and a killer rooftop patio. At the helm of this sizable ship is the cohesive unit of general manager Gavin Berry and executive chef Dan Kane - the two of whom have worked together for years prior at Sullivan's Steakhouse. The vibe is adult yet nothing too fancy - the ideal choice for post-shopping drinks and snacks.

Speaking of snacks, Del Frisco's sticks to its steakhouse roots with in-house butchery, large, protein-oriented dishes, as well as shareable comfort-driven snacks. Sassy and shareable starters like cheesesteak egg rolls, Wagyu beef corn dog bites, and truffled mac n' cheese keep things fun at Del Frisco's.

Now on to the drinks. Del Frisco's dramatic wine walls house an eclectic collection of wine, 250 labels approximately, with at least 50 bottles of wine under $50 in stock at all times. Seasonal signature cocktails and local craft beer will be available as well, with excellent happy hour deals on both booze and food every weekday from 4 - 6:30 p.m.
