A Spanish-influenced ode to burgers, El Toro the Tot will plant some temporary brick and mortar roots in Ballpark. The food truck is taking over the former Lower 48 spacestarting on November 23 through the end of the year.
The two year old business that never had a set location focuses on incorporating bold flavors from Spain through the transformed classic American burger and tater tots. Fans of the truck appreciate the variety of options all made from scratch, with meats found in house. Bonus: the one-of-a-kind tater tots stuffed with things like bacon and cheddar cheese and served with a house Romesco sauce.
El Toro will be open on Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
