Casita Brewing Company is joining the fray at the Stanley Marketplace, a project set to open early in 2016. The brewery, owned by Javier Pérez Koch and Jennifer Pérez, started as a private brewing consulting service in 2014.
Specializing in Oaxacan flavors drawn from the owners' Mexican roots, Casita will launch its first public taproom and brewery with 10 to 12 beers, including classics like IPAs and porters, as well as more unusual concoctions. Custom brewing services for private clients will continue to be offered in the new location.
The Stanley Marketplace, which will be located in a 100,000 square foot indoor and out door space the used to be long to Stanley Aviation, will feature about about 50 independent local businesses, including six restaurants, a beer garden, deli and gourmet grocery store. Among them, a third location of Comida, a second outpost of Mondo Market and Rosenberg Deli, ice cream from Sweet Cow, and biscuits from the Denver Biscuit Company.
