MULTIPLE LOCATIONS — Cooking Matters Colorado has teamed up with a number of Denver restaurants to host Dine Out to End Childhood Hunger. If you're looking to dine out before the Thanksgiving craziness sets in, head to one of 16 restaurants participating to donate 10% of your meal bill to end childhood hunger. If you're looking for something a little less conventional, the event is also hosting a "moveable feast", in which guests will relocate restaurant venues throughout the night to get a unique - and active - dining experience. Check out the event's Facebook page for information on participating restaurants.
RINO — On Wednesday, November 25 starting at 6 p.m., Goose Island Beer Company is hosting exclusive tapping of the Bourbon County Stout at Acorn. Fans of the Chicago-based brewery are in luck as the new beer is only available in a handful of cities across America. The restaurant serves other Goose Island brews, such as Sofie and Matilida.
LODO — For a limited time, Hopdoddy is featuring two new menu items just in time for Thanksgiving. Through November 29, the burger joint is offering a special pumpkin pie shake, in addition to a turkey burger made with sage pesto, jalapeno cornbread stuffing, ginger cranberry chutney, gouda cheese and a bacon brussels sprouts salad.
