The most outrageous welcome to the holiday season took place on Sunday, November 22 at the Brown Palace Hotel. It involved a two-story pyramid of 6,000 champagne glasses being filled with Moet & Chandon champagne from magnum bottles that were sabered by three master swordsmen. Hundreds of guests witnessed the 28th annual tradition that also served as an opportunity to power up more than 100,000 holiday lights.
