Denver's restaurant boom continues.

Here's what is happening on the restaurant opening front this month.

desmond BAR & GRill

Where: 2230 Oneida Street, former Table Top space
What: A dinner-only restaurant with shareable, Mediterranean-inspired bites.
Who: Acclaimed Chef Sean Kelly, formerly of Aubergine, Clair du Lune, Something Else
Opened: November 3

Sean Kelly Returns with a New Park Hill Restaurant [EDen]

CURED WEST

Where: 2019 10th Street, Boulder
What: A second location of the popular Cured store in boulder, focusing more on sandwiches, soups, salads, and of course, cheese-and-charcuterie plates.
Who: Husband and wife team Will and Coral Frischkorn
Anticipated opening: November 4

GLOBE HALL BARBECUE

Where: 4483 Logan Street
What: A live music venue, Texas-style barbecue, and dive bar all wrapped into one.
Who: Texas native Jeff Cornelius, featuring Betty," a 6,600 lb Oyler rotisserie smoker.
Anticipated opening: November 4

CARVE BARBECUE

Where: 1000 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, former 
What: A new fast-casual barbecue joint, focused on seasonal and sustainable eating.
Who: Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc, owned by Restaurateur Eytan Sugarman with help from famous pal Justin Timberlake
Anticipated Opening: November 5

GQUE CHAMPIONSHIP BBQ

Where: 5160 West 120th Avenue Unit K, Westminster
What: A new BBQ restaurant, created by a team who won more than 7 Professional
KCBS BBQ competitions - hence the name GQue "Championship" BBQ.
Who: a team of dedicated enthusiasts, led by Jason Ganahl.
Anticipated opening: November 6 (hopefully)

LATKE LOVE

Where: 699 W Littleton Boulevard, Littleton
What: The re-opening of the popular potato pancake joint, at a new location in littleton.
Who: Husband, wife and sister trio Steve, Tina, and Dana Shander
Anticipated opening: Not confirmed but as early as this week

Latke Love Gets Super Close to Opening [EDen]

LOS CHINGONES DTC

Where: 4959 South Newport Street
What: A modern mexican restaurant, with a flair for spice, opening up in a brand-new complex at the Denver Tech Center.
Who: Chef/owner Troy Guard and his culinary team
Anticipated opening: November 9

DEL Frisco's grill

Where: 100 St. Paul Street
What: Upscale takes on classic comfort food designed and built for sharing during brunch, lunch, happy hour and dinner.
Who: Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and executive chef Dan Kane, formerly of Sullivan's Steakhouse
Anticipated opening: November 11

allegro coffee roasters

Where: 4040 Tennyson Street
What: Whole Foods' coffee brand, Allegro Coffee Co, will launch its very first flagship store. The location will include single-origin coffees from around the world (including an exclusive roast from Northern Thailand) as well as house-made pastries and snacks.
Who: Whole Foods, and head roaster Olivia Miles
Anticipated opening: November 14

THREE FOUR BEER CO

Where: 829 South Shields St, Fort Collins

What: A new craft brewery serving over 49 brews on tap, some of which will be made on-site in a 3 barrel brewhouse.
Who: Partners Will Overbagh and Greg McDaniel, both of Road 34 Bike Bar
Anticipated opening: Mid-November

Three Four Beer Company Launching in Fort Collins [EDen]

Where: 1415 Market St
What: A new Denver location of seattle's famous Rhein House. The two story building has been turned into a Bavarian bier hall, with a side of Brats and Bocce ball.
Who: Restaurant group owned by Deming Maclise and James Weimann, paired with sausage master Pete Fjosne
Anticipated opening: November 16

Rhein Haus, A German Bier Hall, Is Coming to LoDo [EDen]

BACON SOCIAL HOUSE

Where: 2434 West 44th Avenue 
What: A unique eatery combining breakfast, lunch, and dinner and highlighting the magical powers of bacon.
Who: Chef Brian Crow
Anticipated opening: November 20

THE RACKHOUSE PUB AT BEIRSTADT LAGERHAUS

Where: 2875 Blake Street
What: A German-style brewery, with a focus on lagers, opening up in River North. Though the brewery itself isn't anticipated to open until later this year, the space also includes the newly relocated Rackhouse Pub, with a completely different menu.
Who: Chris Rippe, along with Bill Eye and Ashleigh Carter (both formerly of Prost Brewing). Chef Brandon Muncy will be reinventing the Rackhouse menu.
Anticipated opening: Late November
