After much anticipation and suspense, Latke Love will blaze up the friers at its brand new Littleton location today at 8 a.m. Originally slated to open in September, the potato pancake eatery is a transplant from Park Hill, where its original location stood until May of 2014.
The new location at 699 W. Littleton Blvd. is opening just in time for Hanukkah, which begins this Sunday, December 6. Right out of the gates, Latke Love will be accepting Hanukkah orders - $13 for a dozen potato pancakes with homemade applesauce for $6 a pint. Here is a sneak peak at some of the traditional and not so traditional offerings available at at Latke Love:
The Classic:
Homemade apple sauce and cinnamon whipped cream
The Manhattan:
Wild-caught smoked salmon, dill cream, shaved red onion, and capers
Oy Vey Caliente:
Spicy vegetarian or pork green chile,cheddar cheese, and fried egg
The Cornwall:
Corned beef hash and a fried egg
Rabbi, I'm Confused:
Smoked pulled pork, Carolina BBQ sauce, and pickled red onion
Baleboosteh:
Slow braised brisket, Guinness gravy, and roasted carrot
