Fans of Modern Market (formerly Modmarket) have a new way to get their fix starting today in Littleton. The fast-casual chain opened a new outpost in the Southwest Plaza Mall. Until 9 p.m. this evening, shoppers can stop in to enjoy a selection of fresh and seasonal salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. This Modern Market location will serve breakfast daily from 7 to 11 a.m.
The homegrown chain has expanded rapidly after its launch on the 29th Street Mall in Boulder. There are eleven Colorado locations, with plans for two more in Colorado Springs and Broomfield. The new eatery is located at 8501 W. Bowles Avenue and is open at 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
