Fooducopia Undergoes Renovation, Reopens

Wash Park's Fooducopia got major makeover. The cafe and retail store owned by Tim Lymberopoulos went through a ten day renovation that led to an expanded dining area more suited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Up to 32 guests can now be seated in the expanded space located at 1939 East Kentucky Avenue.

The space was reimagined by Johanna Woodrow Designs to express Fooducopia's commitment to eating locally. Warm earth tones and natural woods dominate the room. The retail side will still offer local and organic goods. Local purveyors and small producers include Coda Coffee, Haystack Mt. Dairy, Boulder Breadworks, Real Dill Pickles, and Hazel Dell Mushrooms.

The neighborhood spot is now open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
