After a long absence in the Denver scene, the Rackhouse Pub relaunched this past weekend in a new location in RiNo. While its lager production, Bierstadt, is still three months away from opening, 4,000 square-feet mezzanine space housing the beer bar and eatery is warmly welcoming guests daily from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Visitors will find a good selection of brews, beer-friendly eats crafted by chef Brandon Muncy, formerly of the Lobby, and a retro-industrial production-influenced space that encourages long visits with groups of friends. Eater photographer Adam Larkey visited the spot set at 2875 Blake Street and provided a look inside this new attraction.
