Dunkin Donuts to open new location in Silverthorne

Residents of Summit County, as well as travelers along I-70, will now be able to stop for coffee at Dunkin' Donut's newest location in 120 Blue River Pkwy in Silverthorne. The coffee giant, originally founded in Massachusetts, has recently been expanding west, with plans to keep growing. Owners Brian Long and Mark Matzen (of Mountain Coffee Company) have plans to open additional Dunkin' Donut restaurants in Eagle County and Glenwood Springs. The Silverthorne location is set to open December 9 at 9 a.m.

Oskar Blues Brewery and Hotbox Roasters collaborate on new brew

Coffee and beer lovers, rejoice: Oskar Blues Brewery has teamed up with Hotbox Coffee Roasters to introduce a limited edition collaboration. Hotbox Coffee Porter, the lovechild of these two longmont-based companies, will be available for this holiday season only only. Keep an eye out for the new brew, on shelves across the country now.

Nocturne's Greg Weadlick gets a promotion

Nocturne has recently announced some exciting changes within the restaurant. Greg Weadick, the restaurant's former sous chef, has been promoted to the post of executive chef. With his promotion comes the addition of larger entrees and a revamped wine list and cocktail menu, all while continuing its artist-in-residence program, featuring nightly live jazz from local and nationally touring artists.
