The acclaimed team that brought five year old Oak at Fourteenth to Boulder and two year old Acorn to Denver, opened its newest venture, Brider. A casual rotisserie-centric restaurant led by chef Steve Redzikowski and beverage director Bryan Dayton, Brider is located at 1644 Platte Street in the Nichols Building.
Expect a wide variety of breakfast items in the morning, hot and cold, plus pressed juices and a full coffee bar; creative salads, sandwiches, and soups starting at lunch time; and a hearth-fired and rotisserie inspired menu served after 5 p.m. A swanky tap system brings wine, beer, and cocktails. Brider is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.
