Tonight, Boulder's highly acclaimed Frasca Food and Wine will host the second night of its outrageously lavish 9th annual truffle and Barolo dinner. The first iteration of the two-day affair was yesterday and just like the dinner tonight, it featured chef Mark Ladner of Del Posto in NYC and Italian guest winemaker Gaia Gaja, with a Champagne reception by Krug.
