NuHu Mongolian Express, a new fast casual eatery, will open on Thursday, February 12 at 1147 Broadway. Next door to Burger Fi, NuHu offers Asian-inspired stir-fryes cooked freshly right in front of the guest in just minutes.
The menu offers dishes like the Genghis Thai and Saucy Szechuan, but more exciting is the "make your own bowl" option. Choose a protein, a noodle or rice, a signature sauce from the many available, and as many veggies as you please. After the bowl is cooked on the grill, it is served with a (possibly addictive) roti flatbread. To finish the bowl, an extensive toppings bar is available. A quirky highlight: the Coca Cola Freestyle dispenser that allows guests to choose from 110 different beverage options.
NuHu will donate $1 from every stir fry bowl sold during its grand opening week, from February 12 through 18, to Civic Center Conservancy, a non-profit that partners with the City and County of Denver to restore, enhance and activate Denver's Civic Center Park. NuHu will be open daily between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m.
