Uncorked Kitchen Will Combine Dining and Learning with New Venue

Southeast Colorado venue to provide a unique food-kitchen experience in the fall.

Roth Sheppard Architects

Uncorked Kitchen, brainchild of Katie and Eric Robbins, will combine a cooking class with a memorable dining experience. Designed by Roth Sheppard Architects, the new venue will occupy the entire second floor of a two-story building at 8171 South Chester Street in Centennial.

The program developed by the Robbins duo focuses on teaching, entertaining, and special events through food and cooking. The venue itself will reflect a modern farmhouse vibe that will encourage family and community interaction through food. Everything from a wine bar to three open ceiling fully operational kitchens will be found in this space, which overlooks the Rocky Mountain Front Range through operable glass garage doors with expansive windows.

The food-kitchen venue is expected to open in the fall.
