Earlier today, Eater shared that pastry chef Nadine Donovan left Old Major. The LoHi restaurant announced that Felicia Lewis-Dare will take the reins while a search for a new pastry chef is in progress. Lewis-Dare has been with the restaurant since its opening; she previously worked at the Ritz Carlton in Denver.
Chef Justin Brunson sent this statement regarding the shuffle:
After two years with the Old Major team, Pastry Chef Nadine Donovan is stepping down from her post. We will miss Nadine, but we wish her profound success as she pursues other opportunities.
Nadine has been an incredible asset since joining Old Major's opening team in 2013. Nadine's leadership established a solid foundation and ensures Old Major's high-level of excellence will continue as we seek a new Pastry Chef.
