The 33rd FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen will kick-off with a Top Chef welcome reception on June 18. The festival officially begins on June 19 and goes through June 21. This three-day extravaganza will feature some of the culinary world's biggest stars.
Returning chefs include Hugh Acheson, Richard Blais, Tyler Florence, Carla Hall, Kristin Kish, Tim Love, Danny Meyer, Morimoto, Mark Oldman, Jacques Pépin, Marcus Samuelsson, Sang Yoon, and Andrew Zimmern. 2015 additions include: pastry chef Christina Tosi, wine experts Jordan Salcito and Patrick Capiello as well as cocktail expert Anthony Bohlinger.
Ticket holders can enjoy cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, various panel discussions, and tastings. Highlights include the Celebrity Chef 5K Charity Run, a race that race benefits Wholesome Wave Foundation as well as the panel discussions on women in food with Food & Wine Magazine editor-in-chief Dana Cowin.
