Element 47 Gets 5 Stars; Punch Bowl Social Is a Breakout Brand

Luxurious Aspen hotel, the Little Nell, has been awarded five stars by Forbes Travel Guide for the hotel's bar and restaurant Element 47. Noting the outstanding wine selection of over 20,000 bottles, Forbes was also impressed by the "sophisticated, yet approachable" decor. The award winning menu includes sustainable seafood options accompanied by locally sourced produce, meat, and game.

Punch Bowl Social was named as one of the top ten "Breakout Brands" of 2015 by Nation's Restaurant News for its "culinary refinement and high-end beverages" that usually follow the restaurant's "old-school entertainment" of bowling, ping-pong, shuffleboard, and even darts and marbles. NRN boasted about the "dirty modern" atmosphere that clearly is a hit with the millennial generation, but also has a diner-based menu that attracts all audiences.

Chef Elise Wiggins won she wins a whole lamb from Triple M Bar Ranch in Manzanola, Colorado. The Panzano chef entered a giveaway and her dish ruled over the competition, ChefsFeed shared. The submission was a recipe for maple and fig American lamb ribs with goat cheese and walnut dust.
