If you're eagerly awaiting the finished product of the Cobbler's Corner development at West 44th Avenue and Alcott Street, you can sneak a peek into one of the tenants here. Bacon is aiming to open June 1, centering on breakfast favorites in the morning, with a more unique, yet still bacon-focused menu for the evening hours.

The designer of the project, Xan Creative, took to Facebook to share a rendering of the anticipated interior. Responsible for the look of restaurants like Sugarmill, Los Chingones, and ACE, Xan Creative promises an open and bright space for Bacon, with a mezzanine, large atrium, and patio. Artist Scot Lefavor, who's known for his graphic design and multimedia works, has also been commissioned for the plans.
