DU — Atticus is joining forces with Crazy Mountain Brewery for Hogs & Hops - a community-style dinner on February 22 at 6:30 p.m.. The dinner will feature a menu by chef Matt Mine and three beer pairings for $45 per person. BOULDER - Oak will host the 4th annual Rioja Roast on February 24th, with a fantastic menu from chef Steve and chef Bill Espiricueta accompanied by Jorge Trujillo of Sierra Cantabria winery to show case the 2010 vintage of Rioja. The entree course this year features lamb, which is paired perfectly to this years Rioja selection. FOCO — New Belgium Brewing is accepting film submissions for the 2015 Clips Beer & Film Tour, until April1. Winners will travel to 20 cities nationwide, starting in May. This is the sixth year for the tour - enjoying beers, while benefiting local organizations. Submissions can be anywhere from 10 seconds to five minutes - must be original - and touches on, but not limited to: Craft beer, advocacy/activism, humor, culture, adventure, art, fun. During each Clips show, 100 percent of proceeds from beer sales directly benefits a local nonprofit working to improve the community. Since the tours first year, in 2010, Clips has raised $506,417 for nonprofits nationwide. For more info, click here.
