PORK & BEER DINNER
When: February 3, 6:30 p.m.
Where: The Post Brewing Company, 105 West Emma Street, Lafayette
What: The dinner will feature pork cooked up by sous chef Jimmy Giesler, Post Brewing's Anniversary IPA and the new Oatmeal Stout. The dinner will include three courses; a pork terrine paired with house pickles and flatbread; rotisserie cauliflower in a pork butter and apricot mustard; and slow roasted porchetta with plums and a winter salad. Each course is paired with a Post Brewing Company exclusive.

22ND ANNUAL STOUT MONTH
When: February, all month
Where: All five Mountain Sun Pubs
What: This February marks the 22nd annual Stout Month for all five Mountain Sun pubs. Mountain and Southern Sun Pubs & Breweries and Under the Sun Eatery and Taphouse in Boulder, Vine Street Pub and Brewery in Denver, and Mountain Sun’s newest, Longs Peak Pub and Taphouse in Longmont will participate in Stout Month. During the month of February, most of Mountain Sun pubs’ taps will feature Colorado versions of the dark ale. Once a year the Mountain Sun pubs give patrons and beer connoisseurs the opportunity to enjoy the best stouts on tap. Be sure to get there ASAP because - unfortunately- the beer isn't endless. A variety of Mountain Sun house stouts will be featured, including Raspberry Chipotle Stout - winner of this year's Stout Homebew Competition. There will also be a selection of Colorado guest stouts available.

What: Odell Brewing Co. is hosting a beer dinner with the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center. Pilot brewmaster, Brent Cordel, from Odell Brewing Co. will be at the event. Each ticket includes a four course dinner, beer tasting and game ticket located club level seating.

BARLEY AND HOPS FOR BEER LOVERS

What: A special Valentine's Day dinner for the beer lover. Each course incorporates barley and hops in the eats and pairs it with one of brewer Ian Clark's ales. Highlights from the evening include the wood-roasted oyster with cascade smoked chorizo and malt aioli paired with the Solus Patersbier handbuilt with bitter orange and coriander.

What: The Nickel is hosting a Mardi Gras party to release Sazerac - a special barrel-aged whiskey. Sazerac is made with spirits sourced from 10th Mountain Whiskey and Spirit Company in Vail and Boudin Blanc and Andouille Sausage from Denver's Western Daughters butcher.
