LOHI — Linger is now open for dinner on Mondays from 4 to 10 p.m. The restaurant is also launching new additions for brunch-lovers — a lunch menu that offers favorites such as donut holes and the Adobo Pork Benedict. Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 am. to 2:30 p.m.

BALLPARK — The Cook Street School of Culinary Arts hosts various classes throughout the month. Next up: A World OF Taste: Cuba on February 24 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Exotic ingredients, classic dishes and cocktails of Cuba will be the focus of this class. Unique multi-cultral influences will be highlighted, and balancing ingredients is of most importance. A meal with wine pairing is included with the class for $89 per person.
AURORA — Dry Dock Brewing Company achieved Regional Brewery Status for 2014 for opening Canoe Room at its North Dock production facility, producing over 15,000 barrels of beer out of its two Aurora facilities. Taste its brews in the tasting lounge at the South Dock location on Hampden.
FORT COLLINS — New Belgium brings La Folie Transatlantique Kriek and Cocoa Molé back into the beer game. Cocoa Molé is a spiced chocolate porter that will be available through March, while La Folie and Transatlantique Kriek are both sours that will be available for the rest of 2015.
