Boulder's popular Pearl Street will soon gain a new attraction: the Food Lab, slated to open in April. The new venue will offer both hands-on cooking classes and demos, otherwise called demonstration classes that are based on learning through observation.
The 2,708 square-foot space located at 1825 Pearl Street next to Cured and Boxcar will feature how-to's in pasta making, canning and pickling, preparing Indian fare and more. Private parties and events can also be accommodated for after the renovations have been completed. Founder and chef Casey Easton is keeping eager customers in the loop with information about the opening and reserving classes online.
