Chef's Table at Central; Botanic Gardens Soup Class; National Chili Day

LOHI — Have you heard about Chef's Table at Central Bistro and Bar? Each week, the restaurant puts together a three-course plus dessert dinner for $39 per person. CHEESMAN PARK — The Botanic Gardens is hosting a 'Warming Winter Soups & Chowders' class on February 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. Attendees will make lemon soup with lamb mint meatballs; creamy fish chowder with bacon and Indian chicken stew with vegetables and lentils. Dinner, bread and a sweet is included, along with take-home recipes. Cost is $47 per person, $42 for members.

BOULDER — The West End Tavern is celebrating National Chili Day with three batches of chili on February 26 from 11:30 a.m. to close. For all three chilis - $12. The flight will include: a sunday supper type chili; a pork green chili; and a chef Julio's beef chili.

LAFAYETTE — The Post Brewing Company is proud to announce its Taproom Grand Opening in early spring. It will offer fresh cask beer, 12 lines of Post Beer, weekly cask releases every Thursday, games and an abbreviated food menu from GoodBird Kitchen.
