Bar manager Ryan Layman launched  Steuben's new drink menu featuring old-time favorites that will take patrons through a bit of a time machine of cocktails. Additions include: The Pink Squirrel, Blue Hawaiian, Green Hornet, and a Brandy Alexander.

Layman has also put a twist on the Long Island Iced Tea, using Pinnacle Vodka, Cruzan Rum, Greenall's Gin, Sauza Blue Tequila, Patron Citronage, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and a Splash of Coke, perfect for some springtime patio hangs. The staff favorite - a classic San Martin featuring Bombay Sapphire Gin, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth and Yellow Chartreuse - is also a highlight.

If a favorite cocktail is no longer featured, just request it and the bartenders at Steuben's will do their best to accommodate.
