Buffalo Bill's Works Its Way Westward on Colfax

With the prospect of prosperity, as so many pioneers have before, the owners of Buffalo Bill's Wings & Things – formerly located on 8208 E. Colfax Avenue – are migrating westward with the new location of their finger-licking eatery at the southeast corner of Colfax and Quebec (7236 E. Colfax Avenue).

Set to re-open in roughly a week, the menu remains steeped in southern influence. Addicting wings come drenched in one of more than 20 different sauces, from teriyaki pineapple to rasta gold. Also on the menu: catfish or cod plates with house-made breading.
