Look Inside the New Food Program at the Cooper Lounge

Watch chef Lon Symensma make bananas Foster. Bonus: the ice cream is made to order using liquid nitrogen.

The Cooper Lounge, most likely the most charming hangout spot in Denver, has recently launched an irresistible food program. Chef Lon Symensma of ChoLon and the soon-to-open Cho77 created a throw-back to classics menu that includes dishes like steak tartare, Caesar salad, and bananas Foster, all made table-side bringing both the sharp execution and the showmanship to the upstairs bar at Union Station.

Because we can't get enough of Symensma's new menu, we asked him to show off his dishes in photos and a video piece included here. The new menu is offered at The Cooper Lounge daily starting at 4 p.m.
