BOULDER — Centro Latin Kitchen debuted its new menu this week. Chef Dakota Coburn is looking to "take the best of what we do at Centro and make it better" with these new menu changes that focus more on classic Mexican techniques and flavors. Tijuana-style street tacos called perrones that you can't find anywhere else is a highlight of the new menu.
FORT COLLINS — New Belgium Brewing and Chicago's Half Acre Beer Company have come together to bring beer drinkers Oatmeal IPA, a fruity, tropical brew with a creamier touch than the average IPA. The beer is available on draft, while supplies last, through New Belgium's Hop Kitchen Series.
RINO — On Wednesday, March 25, Crooked Stave will release another new beer, Serenata Notturna,. Serenata Notturna is Crooked Stave's take on a Belgian strong golden ale, fermented with Crooked Stave's mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria in previously used Sherry Casks.
LODO — Stoic & Genuine will be teaming up with Peak Spirits for the first ever Counter Culture dinner on Wednesday, March 25 at the Union Station Restaurant.
