In 2015, MAD Greens plans to expand in big ways. Not only will the Colorado grown shop make its way into Arizona this May, but it will also add six new locations to the Denver Metro Area by the end of year. This spring, salad lovers can expect new Colorado locations in Westminster (120th & Huron), Lone Tree, Castle Rock and North Colorado Springs. Additional locations will be announced in early summer.

"We are ready to grow in a big way and help further a love for eating better across Colorado and Arizona," shared MAD Greens co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Marley Hodgson. The ten-year-old restaurant will have doubled in size by the end of this year.
