Renovations and Short Term Closings at Acorn and Sweet Cow

Acorn will be closed Monday, March 30 through Thursday, April 2 for spring cleaning and a few upgrades to the space. The RiNo restaurant located inside the Source will add wood box to store the oak for its wood-fired oven. Changes to the flooring in the upstairs area will also be made as well during this closing period. On Friday, Acorn will reopen at 11:30 for lunch service.

Also temporarily closing this week is the Highlands location of Sweet Cow Ice Cream, starting Monday, March 30 through Wednesday, April 1. The ice cream shop will be working on a few upgrades including adding a way to access the back of the counter from both sides. The popular creamery is taking the time to complete the renovations now before the upcoming warmer months, when ice cream becomes a weekly necessity for most.
