DINNER LAB EVENT
When: April 2 at 7 p.m.
Where: The secret location will be released the day before the event. 
What: Dinner Lab Denver is hosting an Alsatian themed, five-course dinner created by chef Collin Tobin of Uncle, which also includes a cocktail hour with signature drinks.

BOULDER & LONGMONT FARMERS MARKET KICK OFF
When: April 4
Where: The Boulder Farmers Market is on 13th Street, between Arapahoe and Canyon (next to Central Park). The Longmont Farmers Market is held at the Boulder County Fairgrounds.
What: The Boulder Farmers Market will be going into its 29th season, and it runs every Saturday beginning the first Saturday in April through the Saturday before Thanksgiving in November, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Longmont Farmers Market Saturday season runs during the same time, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

JOE BEEF DINNER AT OLD MAJOR
When: April 7, multiple seatings
Where: Old Major, 3316 Tejon Street
What: The famed Montreal restaurant Joe Beef is sending its chef de cuisine, Marc-Olivier Frappier, for a one night only event at Old Major. The five-course dinner will be inspired by the playfulness, decadence, and irreverence rooted in classic French cuisine that Joe Beef is known for.

UNCORKED WINE TASTING
When: April 10 from 6 to 9 p.m. 
Where: Denver Art Museum, 100 West 14th Avenue 
What: The 15th annual Uncorked Wine Tasting event will feature more than 300 wines for novice and expert wine enthusiasts. Attendees will experience a unique opportunity to savor selections from prominent domestic and international vintners from 6 to 9 p.m. The evening includes three tasting areas where guests can experience a variety of wines with tasting guides and food from Kevin Taylor Catering. A silent auction will also take place with offerings from Colorado's best restaurants, hotels, spas, retailers, winemakers and breweries.

DINE OUT FOR EARTH
When: April 12 at 6 p.m.
Where: Linger, 2030 West 30th Avenue
WhatRock the Earth is hosting a charity event featuring a six-course dinner, silent auction, local beer from Great Divide Brewing, wine from Séamus Wines, cocktails from Leopold Bros and live music. The dinner will celebrate locally-sourced ingredients cooked up by some of Denver's top chefs. The event begins at 6 p.m. and will run till 9:30 p.m. Chefs include Charlie Ayers of Calafia Cafe; Daniel Asher of Root Down and Linger; Paul Reilly of Beast & Bottle; Justin Brunson of Old Major; Jonathan Power of the Populist; and Matt Selby of Central Bistro.

AUSTRIAN WINE CLASS WITH MASTER SOMMELIER BOBBY STUCKEY
When
: April 14 and 16
Where: Frasca's Taverna Room, 1738 Pearl Street
What: The final part of the Frasca Food and Wine's Istituto Frasca Per il Vino series will focus on the wines of Austria. Bobby Stuckey, master sommelier and co-owner of Frasca, will lead 20 guests through a variety of fabulous wines that come from Austria.

CHEFS UP FRONT
When: April 19 starting at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Mile High Ballroom of the Colorado Convention Center, 700 14th Street
What: The annual Cooking Matters fundraiser aims to rid child hunger in America by making sure all children recieve healthy food. The fundraiser will feature a cocktail reception beginning at 5:30 p.m. and multi-course dinner cooked by some of Colorado's best chefs. James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini, former Food Network Challenge host Keegan Gerhard, and chef-owner of D Bar will come together to create a decadent dessert. Many more guests and talents will be showcased throughout the gala for this great cause.

TASTE OF PEARL
When: April 19 from 2 to 6 p.m.
Where: Boulder's Pearl Street, multiple locations
What: The sixth annual Taste of Pearl will feature Colorado restaurants and wineries along Pearl Street Mall from 2 to 6 p.m. Among the participating restaurants are acclaimed Frasca Food and Wine and OAK at Fourteenth. Attendees can take a culinary journey through downtown Boulder, while enjoying the unique shops and galleries where tastings take place. 
More info, tickets, reservations: Tickets are $65, including food and wine samples; a keepsake wine glass; a wine carry bag; wine plate; $5 coupon off a bottle of wine from one of the wineries; and special offers at retail locations. VINCENT PRICE COOKBOOK WINE DINNER
When: April 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Bistro Vendôme, 1420 Larimer Street
What: Join Victoria Price, the daughter of famed actor Vincent Price and his wife Mary, for a special six-course dinner inspired by the Price's famous 1965 cookbook. Ms. Price will be signing 50th anniversary editions of the book, made special with a new Wolfgang Puck intro.

BRüFROU CRAFT BEER + CULINARY PAIRING EVENT
When: April 25 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Wings Over The Rockies Museum (7711 E. Academy Blvd. #1, Denver)
WhatBrüFrou is the largest craft beer and culinary pairing event in Colorado.The second annual event will feature 80 Colorado brewers and chefs with more than 50 unique pairings. Foodies and beer drinkers can chat it up with the brewmasters and chefs that have helped Colorado grow within the restaurant and dining community (additional charge).
More info, tickets, reservations: The event start at 11 a.m. and goes till 8 p.m. Tickets are $95 for a full pairing, $65 for a dining only ticket. The bonus 90-minute tasting and Q&A discussion with the brewers and chefs is an additional $35.

LED ZEPPELIN DINNER
When: April 26 multiple seatings
Where: Beast + Bottle, 719 E 17th Avenue
What: To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti album, beast + bottle is hosting a four-course dinner with optional wine pairings. The dinner will pay respect to the album by having each course named after a song on the album. 
Dishes include: Kashmir (lamb sausage), Down by the Seaside (New England pollock, English peas, smoked crème fraîche, sunflower seed risotto), and Trampled Under Foot (lasagnette, triple creme brie, yams, figs, yellow foot chanterelle mushroom)

CREATIVE WHISKY COMPANY DINNER
When: April 29 starting at 6:30
Where: Coohills, 1400 Wewatta Street
What: Creative Whiskey Company owner and founder David Stirk - along with Denver-based Robert Stickler, Master of Whisky and president and CEO of The Voice of Whisky - will host the dinner, which showcases four single malts that are cask-strength, non-chill filtered and single-cask expressions. Chef Tom Coohill will serve guests a four-course menu of dishes that will highlight the varying smoky, spicy and sweet touches of each whisky.
