DURANGO — Ska Brewing Company has announced the return of seasonal beers, Vernal Minthe Stout for the spring and Mexican Logger for the summer. The stout is available now and the logger will be available starting on April 1 with a release party at Ska Brewing World Headquarters at 225 Girard Street in Durango from 5 to 8 p.m., featuring live music and $3 Mexican Loggers.

LODO — Cook Street School of Culinary Arts will be hosting a number of classes at the beginning of April. On April 1 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. there will be an Italian Classics course for $89. Act fast, this class only has one seating left. Reservations can be made online. If you can't make it this week, stay posted for information on Cook Street's sushi, knife skills, and techniques classes.

SUNNYSIDE — Regis University Applied Craft Brewing students brewed a roasted coconut and vanilla porter that is ready for release. On April 2, Factotum Brewhouse is hosting a "Meet the Brewer" from 6 to 8 p.m. for the official tapping and to meet and talk with, lead brewer, Brann Greager and fellow brewing students about their beer and brewing experience. 5280 sliders will be available to satisfy hunger.
