One of seven anticipated eateries opening in the Avanti Food and Beverage Collective, Farmer Girl, will be holding a preview dinner at the Altona Grange Hall in Boulder. Chef Tim Payne, who is behind the new sustainable eatery, will host this BYOB dinner on March 26 at 6:30 p.m. with a three course. For $40, guests can expect dishes like smoked beef tartare, spring asparagus, crispy chicken confit followed by a selection of sweet bites to finish the meal.
Located at 3200 Pecos Street, Avanti Food and Beverage has been designed with European markets and food truck round-ups in mind to represent a "modern communal workspace." Among the other eateries that will open there is favorite Denver food truck Quiero Arepas and a new torteria from Pinche Tacos owner Kevin Morrison called Poco. The collective is projected to open in May.
