Palate Food and Wine Bar will open at the Landmark in Greenwood Village close to eateries like Pizzeria Republica and Yanni's. Wine connoisseurs Vivek and Sanju Beri are set to open the new concept at the end of April. The Palate is unique because it will be the only wine bar in Colorado with more than 150 wines being served by the glass, utilizing Napa Technology to preserve each wine's freshness.
Glasses of wine here will range widely from $9 to $120, and will come from many regions of the world. As far as the food menu goes, the restaurant plans to offer a seasonal menu of small and shareable plates of American fusion cuisine. Dishes will range from $10 to $22 . A full house will seat 80 guests, including lounge areas, high tops, tables, and bar seating.
Palate Food and Wine Bar's will be from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
